Carlson Real Estate Company Reports Leasing Activity at CLT Logistics Center
November 18, 2009 – Charlotte, NC – Carlson Real Estate Company finalized two noteworthy transactions at CLT Logistics Center during October.
Konica Minolta Business Solutions, a leading advanced imaging and networking technologies company headquartered in New Jersey, leased 9,000 square feet at 3200 International Airport Drive to accommodate growth in the Charlotte market.
At 3101 International Airport Drive, JAS Forwarding renewed a lease on its 14,100 square foot space. JAS Forwarding is a subsidiary of the JAS Group of Companies, a privately owned international freight forwarder and logistics provider.
