Integrated Electrical Services Acquires Space at Cotton Corporate Center III
October 27, 2009 – Phoenix, Arizona – Integrated Electrical Services (IES), a national electrical and communications service provider, signed a 5-year lease for a 9,500 square foot Class A office space at Cotton Corporate Center III, a joint venture development between Carlson Real Estate Company and McGough Companies Southwest and a LEED Silver certified office building.
According to IES’s Accounting Manager, Tim Jacobsen, one of the main reasons IES chose to relocate its office to Cotton Corporate Center III is because of its premier location and easy access. “With so many vacancies to choose from during slow economic times such as these, we ultimately chose to lease space at this property because of the unmatched location and the high-quality look and feel of the building,” Jacobsen said. Arlene Clark, an associate with Mohr Partners, represented IES during the transaction.
