Carlson Real Estate adds new tenants at The Oaks

September 23, 2009 - The Minnetonka-based Carlson Real Estate Company announced two recent lease deals totaling more than 12,700 square feet at its Oaks Business Park in Oakdale.

Tisco/Woods Equipment Company, an agricultural, landscape and light construction parts supplier, is slated to move into 11,200 square feet at The Oaks Tech Center IV in May. Ziegenbeing Associates, a manufacturing sales company, moved into a 1,500 square foot office suite in the adjacent Oaks Office Suites in March.

Craig Lien, a vice president with Minnetonka-based NAI Welsh, handles the listing for the Oaks Business Park and sees encouraging signs in the market.

“[This year] has shown an increase in tenant prospects looking for opportunities to upgrade their image and take advantage of current market conditions,” Lien said.

The Oaks Business Park is now approximately 60 percent leased with about 77,500 square feet of office and flex space available for lease.
