United Properties of Bloomington Assigned to Carlson Building

Minneapolis, MN—September 6, 2007—Two senior brokers from United Properties of Bloomington have been assigned to handle leasing for an office property owned by Carlson Real Estate Co. in downtown Minneapolis.

Sonja Breyfogle and Jim Montez, senior associates at United Properties, were assigned to Plaza Seven, located on Seventh Street between Nicollet Mall and Hennepin Avenue.

Plaza Seven, a 315,000-square-foot office building that has 19 floors of Class A office space, is about 90 percent leased, according to Carlson marketing manager Brett Talbott.

Breyfogle has spent most of her commercial real estate career in downtown Minneapolis. Montez has experience in the industry dating back to 1988.

Carlson also announced that Larry Olimb, listing broker for the company's industrial portfolio in the western Minneapolis suburbs, has been promoted from general manager to director.

In addition, Carlson said in a press release that Ben Lieser, general manager of Plaza Seven, has completed the coursework to achieve his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
