Comm-Works Relocates to Carlson Real Estate's Plymouth Corporate Center

Minnetonka, Minnesota – July 15th, 2009 – Comm-Works has leased 65,000 square feet in Plymouth Corporate Center and will be taking occupancy in Seaptember, 2009. Along with the lease, Carlson Real Estate Company has begun a major renovation of Plymouth Corporate Center’s (PCC) common areas and exterior facade of the building. Other tenants include Carlson Marketing Worldwide and Carlson Wagonlit Travel.

Comm-Works’ lease includes more than 40,000 square feet of office space and nearly 25,000 square feet of warehouse space.

Comm-Works was represented by Rich Reynolds, Jeff Jones, and Michelle Culligan from AREA. Carlson was represented by Jim Freytag and Dave Marshinke with CB Richard Ellis.

Renovations at PCC include interior updating of common corridors and meeting areas, as well as exterior updating of entrances and enhancing image and signage. The new interior and exterior design of PCC will be very modern and high-tech, with finishes of metal and wood.
