Carlson Real Estate Company Receives “A List” Award

Carlson Real Estate Company has received the 2001 National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence ("A List" Award) which recognizes quality of service that is considered to be the best in the industry.

In 2001, 600 companies participated in the nationwide survey conducted by CEL & Associates, Inc. and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Just five companies out of the 600 nationwide receive this honor annually.

This award is for Carlson Real Estate Company's Minneapolis Office Portfolio that includes the following: Plaza Seven in downtown Minneapolis; One Carlson Parkway and Two Carlson Parkway in Plymouth; and 301 Carlson Parkway, Carlson Center East I, and Carlson Center East II in Minnetonka.
