Nova Communications, Inc. Signs Lease
at Carlson Center Showroom

MINNETONKA, Minn. (February 19, 2003) -- Carlson Real Estate Company is pleased to announce that it has signed a lease with Nova Communications, Inc. for 4,533 square feet at the Carlson Center Showroom in Plymouth, MN.

Nova Communications is a company that specializes in the sales, service and installation of telecommunications equipment nationwide. They will be moving their headquarters to the new office at the Carlson Center Showroom.
