Carlson Acquires Bryant Lake Business Center

Carlson Real Estate Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of Bryant Lake Business Center, a 171,359 square foot six building office/warehouse project located on Valley View Road in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Constructed in the mid and late 80’s as part of a phased development, the brick and glass buildings are a combination of office and warehouse/tech space that range from 19,300 square feet up to 38,553 square feet. The project is over 90% leased.

“We are excited about acquiring Bryant Lake Business Center”, said Wayne Teig, Senior Director. “This acquisition adds a high-finish flex product type to our Twin Cities portfolio in the southwest market. The project will be a long-term hold for the company and it’s very complimentary to our existing portfolio properties in Minnetonka and Plymouth.”

In recent history, Carlson Real Estate has utilized third party brokerage services for its core portfolio of properties. But, Bryant Lake will be both managed and leased directly by Larry Olimb, General Manager with Carlson. “Larry has been actively involved in overseeing the leasing of our industrial portfolio for a few years now, and we are excited about giving him the opportunity to market and lease some space directly to end users” said Matt Van Slooten, President of Carlson Real Estate Company. In addition to Bryant Lake Business Center, Olimb will also be responsible for leasing space at Carlson Business Center and Carlson Center Showroom starting in November of this year.
